The James W. Strate Center for Business Development is here to empower entrepreneurs. The purpose of our business incubator is to assist new or young companies to grow in a sheltered environment in order to improve the likelihood of success during the startup and developmental phases.

- Growth Potential and Job Creation – We are looking for companies with the potential to grow both revenue and jobs over the long term for our region.
- Written Business Plan – The business plan should include market analysis, financial projections, funding requirements, background on the management team, and related information.
- A Product/service that is market ready
