Administrative Assistant
Responsible for providing administrative support to Senior Vice President and the department. Duties include: tracking department personnel correspondence; preparing meetings, minutes, agendas, itineraries; maintaining databases; constructing spreadsheets and graphs; organizing and maintaining files. Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years related experience. Business or Technical School a plus.
Materials Accounting Tech
Position assists Materials Coordinator and Accounting Department in all Materials administrative functions, data entry and coding of invoices and material transfers. Requires basic office skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High School diploma or equivalent, and two year related experience or equivalent combination education and experience. Accounting background or working toward accounting degree preferred.
Production Accounting Clerk
Position assists Drilling and Production Department in administrative functions. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, attention to detail, and must be able to handle multiple projects. Accounting background with oil and gas experience desired. Degree and/or Technical school training preferred.
Administrative Support
Administrative position within the Land department, dealing with general correspondence, reports, internal/external mail, and file maintenance. Must have excellent time management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects for several persons simultaneously. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, excellent Microsoft Office skills (including word processing, spreadsheet, graph, and e-mail use), excellent typing, and proof reading skills. Business or Technical School a plus.
Lease Records Assistant
Administrative position to provide clerical support to the Land Department. Duties include scanning and setting up lease files; data entry; filing; and assisting with the receipt and distribution of lease package information. Must have attention for detail. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year related experience. Technical school training preferred.
Invoice Analyst
Administrative position within the Drilling and Production to prepare and coordinate correspondence in relation to invoices with vendors. Must excellent attention to detail. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, and be proficient in excellent Microsoft Word and Excel. Degree and/or oil and gas experience preferred.
